摘要:基于線性彈簧結構的分析,單一的彈簧很難設計出結構符合復雜的力學要求,為了合理使用彈簧的力學特性,綜合使用分段彈簧設計的的方法,設計出一種能夠解決復雜力學模型的結構,綜合考慮材料,使用壽命,結構簡單的原則,遵從發現問題,分析問題,解決問題的流程,結合具體的設計實例,期望設計有實際的使用價值,同時也闡述了需要注意的問題。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the linear spring structure, it is difficult to design a single spring to meet the complex mechanical requirements. In order to rationally use the mechanical properties of the spring, a segmented spring design method is used to design a structure that can solve complex mechanical models. Comprehensive consideration of materials, service life, simple structure, compliance with the problem of discovery, analysis of problems, process of solving problems, combined with specific design examples, the expected design has practical use value, but also elaborates the problems that need attention.
